Refund Policy

At Crescita Business Consulting, we are committed to providing high-quality consulting services tailored to your business needs. We value your satisfaction and aim to be transparent about our refund practices. By purchasing services from us, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Consulting Services (Live or Scheduled Sessions)

Due to the time, preparation, and resources invested in each client engagement, we do not offer refunds for completed consulting sessions or packages that have already commenced. However, we may offer refunds under the following conditions:

Cancellation at least 48 hours prior to a scheduled session may be eligible for a full refund or reschedule, at your request.
Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) may be subject to a cancellation fee or ineligibility for a refund.
No-shows for scheduled sessions are non-refundable.

2. Service Packages / Retainers

For multi-session packages or ongoing service retainers:

You may cancel unused sessions with at least 7 days' written notice.
Refunds for unused sessions (if applicable) will be prorated, minus any administrative or processing fees.
No refunds will be issued for work already delivered, or for failure to utilize the full package within the agreed timeframe.

3. Digital Products or Resources (If Applicable)

If your purchase includes downloadable content or digital tools, all sales are considered final and non-refundable once access has been granted, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We reserve the right to issue partial or full refunds at our discretion in exceptional cases, such as:

Duplicate payments
Service delivery failure on our end
Other extenuating circumstances reviewed on a case-by-case basis
